Iowa law requires the Iowa Insurance Division to provide an Annual Report to the Governor of Iowa and to the General Assembly of Iowa that provides findings regarding health spending costs for health insurance carriers in Iowa for the previous calendar year. The Iowa Insurance Division has used outside firms to assist in providing the information required for the report. The reports are provided below for each year since 2010, the year the law was enacted requiring the report.
