The Iowa Securities Bureau of the Iowa Insurance Division filed a Cease and Desist Order against SC & E Administrative Services Inc. of Irving Texas.

Former insurance agent Roland Huff Jr. was arrested by the Polk County Attorney’s Office and charged with five counts of felony. The County alleges that Huff engaged in a criminal enterprise by taking money with the intent to deceive his customers.

The Iowa Securities Bureau received complaints inquiries and requests for assistance from sixteen (16) individuals alleging problems regarding the Atlantic Cemetery or inquiring about matters at the Atlantic Cemetery.
