Consumer Advocacy Officer
The Iowa Insurance Division also houses a Consumer Advocacy Officer whose goals include providing outreach to consumers, assisting in creation of consumer friendly laws and regulations, administrative actions and review of complaint assistance by the Market Regulation Bureau team.
