You may submit a formal request to examine and copy a public record by accessing the Open Records Portal.
If you're a news reporter requesting access to current Iowa Insurance Division agency records, please email your request directly to the public information officer, submit it through the U.S. Postal Service or call 515-654-6547.
Many records are available on the Division’s website. You can search the Division’s website using the search box in the upper right-hand corner.
