Pursuant to Iowa Code Chapter 510 and Iowa Administrative Rule 191-5.33(7)(b)(1), this constitutes notice that Watford Re Ltd. has filed a Certified Reinsurer Passport Application with the Iowa Insurance Commissioner (“Commissioner”).
Interested and affected parties will have 30 days from the date notice is posted to submit written comments and responses to Watford Re Ltd. application to the Commissioner. The Commissioner will not take final action on the application until 30 days after notice was posted.
The purpose of the comments and responses is to gather information, and to provide certain interested and affected parties with an opportunity to present written comments to the Commissioner concerning Watford Re Ltd. application.
