A public hearing on the Iowa Insurance Division's rulemaking related to Chapter 113, Captive Companies, will be held on March 20, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at 1963 Bell Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa 50315. Individuals are welcome to give public comment.
Persons who wish to make oral comments at a public hearing may be asked to state their names for the record and to confine their remarks to the subject of this proposed rulemaking.
